One of the core features of Cause Connector is Online Giving. When you sign up for a Cause Connector mobile app, the first step will involve you setting up a merchant account which will link to your bank account.
Your Cause Connector mobile application will be available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and work on any iPhone, iPad, or Android Phone.
Cause Connector is only available within the United States at this time.
Setting Up A Mobile Application
Fees are adjusted based on your companies needs, organization size, and estimated giving amount. Please contact us and we can get you an accurate monthly figure to run your application.
You’ll pay a standard merchant processing rate on each donation given. This rate will be determined when you sign up for the application and can be negotiated.
Cause Connector currently offers the mobile application which can process Debit, Credit, and ACH transactions in the application. We also offer Text-To-Give and an online payment portal that we can link to your website.
Managing Your Account
Once your new application is developed and available on the app store, we will give provide you with an administrator login to your Cause Connector Dashboard. All of the app’s features can be edited from here.
Our web dashboard, mobile application, and all giving transactions are encrypted using a standard SSL encryption.
